💌 luv's letter #4 - evolve or die.
The power of ownership, being a better you, and planning for retirement.
You know it when you see it.
Once bike lanes start to appear in your neighborhood, gentrification is coming.
Gentrification is a double edged sword. It is good for people who want to revitalize a neighborhood at the expense of the people who live there.
Gentrification is capitalism at its best and also a form of environmental racism.

There are many books and YouTube videos on self improvement and productivity.
Our digital landscape is flooded with content around “being a better you”.
You have watched multiple videos and completed many self-help books.
Yet, you have not worked on yourself.
